As part of a digital transformation effort for Pentair Valves (now part of Emerson) I led the redesign of their website’s user experience and interface. My role spanned from early-stage wireframing and UX strategy to full creative direction and UI design, ensuring the site aligned with the brand’s industrial precision and global credibility.

I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams and oversaw quality control of the programming implementation to make sure the final product reflected both the design intent and user needs. The goal was to deliver a clean, intuitive digital experience that guided engineers, buyers, and technical specialists to the right valve solutions with ease and confidence.
One of the key challenges of redesigning a site in the industrial B2B space was balancing technical complexity with usability. Visitors often needed to evaluate highly specific product features and performance data so organizing content in a clear, digestible way was critical. At the same time, the interface needed to feel modern and trustworthy, reflecting the brand’s innovation and reliability. By improving navigation, refining product categorization, and designing with responsiveness and clarity in mind, we created a site that made complex decisions simpler and supported a stronger user journey from product discovery to inquiry.
